The hotel provided a great experience for families. it features a dedicated kids' pool and a playground, so children are entertained. it is conveniently located near a shopping center. This i appreciated. i noticed that the staff was really helpful and quick to assist with any requests that i had.
the karaoke bar nearby could be a bit noisy, especially at night. it might bother some guests who prefer a quieter environment, though i didn't mind much.

happy times at the hotel

my recent visit here was awesome. the location was really convenient, close to shops and the beach. i liked the wide variety of breakfast options and a large pool area. most importantly, hotel has a convenient location to many places.
the room walls had some marks. it wasn't a big problem, but fresh paint will certainly make the room better. we had to request a cleaning.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, this. the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well during the hot days.

the staff always smiled and they were very helpful. when i needed something, they responded quickly. their positive attitude added a lot to the experience.

the hotel offered a very large pool area it also has a kid club for children. my daughter enjoyed the pool she particularly enjoyed the slides. the swimming pool area was good and never overcrowded. rooms were fairly basic but very clean.
the hotel was a little noisy the noise was noticeable in the room. i think half the rooms are above an open-air karaoke bar. i heard music late in the night it stopped by 2am.

the superior double room balcony was really nice. the view of the surrounding area feelt so amazing. the air conditioning in the room worked wonderfully, keeped the room at a perfect temperature throughout my stay and it had a balcony, i loved it.
The bathroom needed some love. the shower pressure wasn't great. there were some minor stains on the grouting. I feelt dissapointed.

I liked the pool. The water was good and felt clean without strong chlorine. there was plenty of space around the pool. also, the room was always kept really clean. the breakfast had many choices each day and i liked that.
