I couldn't wait until 4 am for maintenance servicing in the rooms, which looked a little tired and could use a refurbishment. However, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, while the service was really bad, even charging us for a bedsheet due to a food stain. Still, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Phet and Ann at reception. The location was pretty central for everything in Pattaya, and the dining experience was okay but crowded at times. Overall, the hotel provided a great service, with a quiet area a short walk to the seafront and various nearby attractions.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not so great experiences. The rooms were spacious with a small balcony but lacked seating options, and the inclusion of alcohol and condoms for purchase next to the door was a bit peculiar. Service was friendly overall, but I was charged extra for a water bottle left in the room. The location was central with easy access to amenities, although the dining area was crowded at times.
I loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool, although the bathrooms were a bit congested. The staff was really very helpful, polite, and attentive, especially to Club Members. The location is excellent, close to Pattaya beach, Walking Street, and Indian restaurants all within a short distance. The dining was good with some Indian vegetarian options, though the breakfast could have been more varied. Overall, a great option with fantastic staff and a convenient location.
I had a pleasant stay overall with some minor drawbacks. The location was convenient and quiet, the rooms were great for the kids but had some issues with the electricity, and the service was attentive but had some unexpected charges. The dining options were more catered to Asian tastes, and the facilities were decent for the price.
